Our company has a great deal of experience in working in both the aerospace and defence industries as well as general engineering and often have to work with materials such as Titanium and other special metals.

Not only has this given us an enviable understanding of these materials and how they react to machining and the overall fabrication process but it has given us access to some of the best sources of the raw material itself.

This means we can often get access to material that others can't and often have sock material in-house that can be utilised on our other client's projects, which is particularly useful when they need material in a hurry.

Material Selection ...

When it comes to selecting the right material, its isn't just about picking the base metal that is right for the job. This is particularly true when it comes to Titanium which is available in a number of grades (the most common used being grades 1-5).

We will ensure that not only do you use the right material for the job, but that you also use the right grade ensuring you don't pay more than you have to without compromising on the design.

Material Preparation...

If you simply want the material as it comes that just fine, but if you do want it cutting to size or indeed would like us to do any secondary machining on the material we are more than happy to do it for you. We are here to offer as much or as little help as you need.
